**Recruitment & HR Officer**

**£22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience**

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced administrator to work in our stunning residential home in Oakham. You will become a key member of our small supportive HR team, and you will also be given the independence to act as the first port of call for HR queries at Oakham Grange. For the right person, it will provide huge job satisfaction and you will work in a team that is fun, loyal and welcoming.

You will get an insight into the wider HR function and a fantastic grounding in all aspects of an HR department. You may have experience in HR admin already, but this is not essential as full training will be given. If you already have knowledge or experience supporting recruitment, inductions and using HR systems this would be an advantage.

This is a varied and stimulating role, and one which you can take ownership of and there will be plenty of opportunity for development in time as we are a growing company.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
