**Purpose and objectives of the role**:
Working in a team on the day to assist management, in order to ensure the smooth running of the F&B concession.
- Event Set-up - including deliveries, food prep, housekeeping.
Event Set-down - Pack-up, cleandown
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Serving food in a timely manner
- Working as a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Any other duties reasonably requested
**Special Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
**Conduct**:
- Presentable appearance
- Punctual
- Approachable and willing attitude
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
