Athena Events Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Administrator to join our team. As an Event Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
- Coordinate event logistics, including table plans, event schedules, and meal allocations
- Liaise with clients, bars, catering, and technical departments to ensure client needs are met
- Perform general office duties, including database management and Hubspot CRM systems
- Coordinate and manage customer information and requests
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High standard of PC skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
