Drain Doctor North West are looking for a customer services representative to join our established plumbing and drainage firm on a full term basis. The role will be based in our Kirkham office to assist in the day to running of the office and in providing memorable customer service both to our commercial and domestic clients. If you are well organised and able to work using your own initiative whilst managing a varied workload we would love to hear from you
As part of the national Drain Doctor operation we provide drainage and emergency plumbing services throughout the North West and Yorkshire. We strive to provide excellent customer service and a quick efficient remedy to all customer requirements.
Working as part of a self-sufficient administration team, in an often fast paced environment your duties will be varied but will include:
Capturing and recording accurate customer data in order to schedule and manage the daily workload for each of our technicians
General office administration tasks including maintenance of data recording systems and the responsibility for certain key tasks within the office under the supervision of our office manager.
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic telephone manner
Knowledge of Microsoft Office(word and excel) training will be provided
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit, yet possessing the ability to work independently
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
