**HR Operations Lead Officer**
**Keynsham**
**£18 per hour Umbrella rate**
**Full Time Contract**

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Operations Lead Officer based in Keynsham.

**This is a 12 month contract, with scope for extension. This client can offer a hybrid method of working with two to three days worked remotely.**

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day to day running of the recruitment workstream and its range of activities which support the smooth running of the wider HR Operations service, including a team of six officer and one senior.
- Supervising the recruitment workstream which provides an efficient and responsive recruitment advice and guidance service to managers and staff
- Supervising and co-ordinating the recruitment team to support the organisation in recruitment and effective appointment of employees and workers.
- Ensuring all verbal offers of employment, statutory and safer recruitment checks like DBS and references and any job specific requirements are completed and appropriate evidence is retained on file.

Skills and experience required:

- Experience supervising a team within a recruitment/HR function.
- CIPD qualification Level 5 or similar
- Strong team player, ability to delegate, engage within a team and present complex information clearly
