BramahHR are seeking a HR Manager to join our client on a fixed term contract.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting a dynamic, global business during a period of significant innovation and growth.
The successful candidate will lead operational HR activities, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
Review and update HR strategies Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy.
Support global employee relations.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking.
Manage and develop direct reports.
Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
Data management and reporting including HRMI & KPI reporting.
Serve as a key liaison between HR and payroll.
Key Skills: Experience with HR systems Strong knowledge of employee relations and ability to manage complex cases.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Initiative-driven, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Demonstrates strong people management and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
