**Job Title: Telesales Representative**

**Location: Tyldesley, Manchester**

Do you have a passion for logistics and a desire to help businesses streamline their freight and shipping operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Telesales Representative

As a Telesales Representative, you will be a crucial member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients in the freight and logistics industry. Your primary goal will be to introduce our comprehensive freight forwarding solutions and services, build rapport with prospects, and ultimately convert leads into valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients in the logistics and shipping sector.
- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, introducing them to our services and assessing their freight forwarding needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our services and their benefits to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into satisfied clients by demonstrating the value of our services and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software.
