- Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers across our care homes/support services to provide expert advice and guidance on all HR procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing all HR transactional processes (e.g., probation, changes to terms and conditions, leavers etc.) are ensuring they are processed accurately.
- To act as the first point of contact to KPG staff for recruitment, contractual and general HR queries.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on the resolution of employee relations matters in line with HR policy, legislation and best practise, ensuring concerns are addressed consistently and timely.
- Maintaining the HR information system (PeopleHR) in line with company policy and GDPR.
- Carry out general administration tasks such as preparing HR documents (e.g., employment contracts and HR policy documents).
- Manage the full HR employee lifecycle process from recruitment to termination of contracts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Good working experience in administration
- A confident people person and good judge of character
- Highly organised and efficient
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a range of colleagues and managers
- Experience within an HR role would be preferable
- Proficient with most IT packages and software
- A quick worker with first rate accuracy, planning, and attention to detail
