Role:

- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer the employee life cycle.
- Champion internal communication.
- Dealing with general departmental enquiries e.g. letter requests, reference requests, benefits agency forms etc. Responsible for the smooth and effective day to day administration and coordination of the department, ensuring that all policy and processes are carried out accurately and promptly, always guaranteeing compliance and confidentiality.
- Support internal absence process.
- Responsible for the coordination of the Employee Engagement Survey, Customer Surveys and support the team in engagement activities as appropriate.
- Processing and completion of queries from employees and other departments in a professional and confidential manner.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong administration experience
- Dynamic individual who has a passion to develop in HR
- Clear communicator and able to build positive working relationships
- Passionate about providing a great service and support to the business
- Team worker who is flexible to the needs of the department
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Word PowerPoint & Excel

Desirable
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- CIPD Level 3
