Training Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, including logistics such as room reservations, equipment setup, and participant notifications
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Utilize various training delivery methods such as in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, and e-learning platforms
- Monitor employee progress and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role is not essential but is desirable
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday for tracking employee training records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in mentoring or coaching employees is a plus
