Business Training Delivery Manager

Salary range: £41,808 - £48,093 per annum

This role offers an opportunity to lead the delivery of business training in major infrastructure projects.

As our Business Training Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and delivering high-quality business training sessions that meet learner expectations.
  2. Managing the programme's commercial aspects, including income generation and adaptation to changing demand.
  3. Working closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the programme meets business needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. You should be highly organised and able to work effectively in a team, prioritising the learner experience.
