The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative tasks to support the Protection Advisors in delivering high-quality service to clients, ensuring that mortgage clients have been contacted and the Duty of Care is evidenced.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing cases and activating policy for client
- Chasing General Practitioners (GPs) for medical reports
- Managing client follow up meetings, underwriting, and medicals for necessary information
- Complete client sheets and presales
- Management of the client records on Everglades, ensuring that they are up to date
- Draft trust forms and finalise with trustees and signatures from clients
- Responsible for contacting clients to provide the ‘Free Will’ link we offer.
- Completing health questionnaires on the phone with clients or transfer their old health questionnaire across to a new file
- Liaise with the mortgage broker to ensure the loan amounts are accurate
- Liaise with progressions/broker/solicitors for exchange and completion dates
- Liaise with Business Development Managers (BDMs)/providers to obtain client terms
- Contact Insurers (providers) to find out the client's existing cover before their call with the advisor
- Responsible for reviewing protection cases to ensure that all files are FCA regulated and compliant
- Management of disclaimer documents for clients who do not wish to obtain protection advice
- Responsible for the management of inbound calls from the main office phone

**Education / Qualifications**

**Required**
- At least 12 months experience in an administrative role.

**Desirable**
- Administrative work experience in the mortgage industry.

**Benefits**
- Salary £22,500
- 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 1 weekend day per month
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
