Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to help support our Account Executives on a day to day basis.

**What you will need to know and be able to do, to a high standard**:

- Previous insurance experience is preferred, although strong admin experience will also be considered.
- Assisting Account Executives in administrative tasks for larger accounts, including the writing of client reports.
- Good technical and administrative knowledge of dealing with claims.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Supporting Commercial Team for all administrative aspects including - data input, managing electronic filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of insurance certificate.

- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and general knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Good grammar, writing skills and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
