Camper Van Administration/sales Advisor/showroom

Moorlake is a busy Campervan Sales site based in Watford, Herts. We have excellent ratings online, and pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service.
We are looking for a new member of our small team to help run the showroom and assist with customer enquiries ON SATURDAYS (and possibly Sundays if you are available).
The duties are including, but limited to:
- Welcoming customers arriving on site - either by appointment or drop-ins
- Being an advocate for campervans and helping customers through their journey of buying a new or used campervan.
- Completing the sale of campervans and following up on after-sales care with customers.
- Acting as an administrator for running the site - making appointments for vehicle service and repair work, and ensuring the on-site tasks are being completed
- We are a small team, and ad hoc tasks around the site are covered by everyone
A passion/interest for the outdoors/campervans/camping is more important than sales skills. You must be personable and have a mature outlook. You will need excellent organisation skills and be comfortable dealing with customers.
If you can work occasional Sundays. this is a bonus, but not a pre-requisite. We may have some work for a couple of days during the week.
The role is based in Rickmansworth/Watford, no working from home is available. Occasional driving will be involved.
You must have a full clean driving licence held for over 5 years and be comfortable driving vans in confined spaces.

**Salary**: £160.00-£180.00 per day
