**What is the role?**
- Delivering Administrative work to support key areas of the business
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviewing cases to ensure compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to Heron’s clients
- Work pro-actively with internal and external stakeholders

**To be considered for this role, you will**:

- Have experience with working in a customer focused environment
- Be able to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work under pressure
- Have strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Have excellent internal and external interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience producing accurate work with great attention to detail
- Be a team player as well as having personal initiative to be self-driven
- Have good understanding of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- Desire for self-development
- Pay: Starting salary £21,000
- Location: Rickmansworth (Position is also available in our Gateshead office)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
