At Heron Financial, we have a great opportunity for a critical role within our business.
- Delivering Administrative work to support key areas of the business
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst working pro-actively alongside them
- Provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for review of Mortgage cases, ensuring Financial Network & FCA compliance
- Advisor risk assessment/fraud prevention - identifying and guiding advisors on standards and associated risk
- Ensuring the content and delivery of suitability letters to clients
- Efficiently and accurately submit client information and documents to chosen Mortgage lender
- Understanding lender systems and basic criteria to produce an accurate lending decision
- Manage and research decline and maximum loan lending decisions. Support the broker for them to find a solution for the client
**Skills**
- Be able to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work under pressure
- Experience producing accurate work with great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent internal and external interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Be a team player as well as having personal initiative to be self-driven
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Desire for self-development

**Education/Qualifications**
- Previous experience or training in administrative roles is preferred.
- Any relevant certifications or qualifications in mortgage advising, finance, or administration would be beneficial but are not mandatory.
- Familiarity with mortgage processes, financial networks, and FCA compliance is advantageous.
- Salary £22,500
- 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 1 weekend day per month
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
