**Position**

We have full time permanent position available for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader. You will be carrying out general grounds maintenance on a multitude of different sites from high end new build to industrial and commercial. You will be responsible for a maximum of two other people

Person with good eye for detail to maintain our high standards

**Skills and Qualifications Needed**
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial grounds maintenance
- Experience using ride on and pedestrian mowers, petrol hedge trimmers, strimmers
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence
- PA1 and PA6 Spraying

**Preferable**
- Plant knowledge
- Supervisory experience
- CSCS card

**Benefits and Renumeration**
- Hourly pay range £12 to £13 per hour (depends on experience)
- Guaranteed overtime March to October at 1.5 x Hourly rate
