**Job summary - What to expect**:
As the Finance Business Partner of our Global Key Accounts Team you will be responsible for effectively managing a number of departments, with annual turnover of over $23m. The role will be tasked with ensuring accurate and reliable forecasts and commercial insights are provided, key projects are supported and delivered ensuring compliance with finance policies and controls and ownership of the global price lists.
- Provide best-in-class financial analysis to the Finance Director NE & GKA and Global Key Accounts (GKA) Leadership Team.
- Full ownership of the European Online Accounts (EOA), European International Accounts (EIA) and Pan European Key Accounts (PEKA) P&Ls, including preparation of budget and quarterly forecasts, presenting the financial performance with explanations of customer, channel, product and market drivers.
- Develop customer P&L’s in order to provide detailed insight into supply chain costs, partnering closely with EMEA Distribution and Commercial FP&A teams. Provide insight to the commercial LT to support decision making on efficient supply.
- Ownership of the global customer pricelists for our largest global partners.
- Support GKA leadership and legal team in contract activity.
- Provide finance oversight of the customer consolidated warehouses, ensuring compliance with all corporate accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Maintain oversight and provide regular reporting of cash flows relating to GKA including contract rebates and payments, marketing support and invoices etc.
- Responsibility for ensuring appropriate control frameworks are in place surrounding contract rebates. Provide financial analysis and support to projects that support management decision-making, such as sales and margin analysis, cost containment, working capital improvement, return on investment, cash flow analysis etc.

**Experience & Education**:
Required
- Exceptional financial and data analysis skills
- Strong financial background
- Ability to work with the Country and Functional teams at all levels
- Self-motivated to achieve deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work past a problem on own initiative
- Desire to seek best practice and drive reporting improvements
- A high level of computer literacy, especially in the use of integrated financial systems, spreadsheets, databases, word processing and PowerPoint.

Preferred
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ CIMA) Likely to have +5 years PQE
