**Job Title**:Aftermarket Sales Director Europe, Nutrition & Health Solutions
**Location**:Europe (we can consider applicants from countries where SPX FLOW has an entity)
**About the Role**
The Aftermarket Sales Director will be responsible for driving initiatives to boost our AM growth, developing and expanding new opportunities among our customer base in Europe. The role will be key to lead aftermarket initiatives locally but also supporting EMEA level activities.
The Aftermarket Manager will be part of the EMEA commercial leadership and leading a team of 2 Aftermarket Sales Managers covering the main territories in Europe and directly managing the Aftermarket Sales Engineers in Nordic. In this role, you will be working with key accounts and building long-term sustainable relationships to develop our Aftermarket sales business strategy. You will be leading a proactive sales approach to meet our Annual Operating Plan for Aftermarket in Europe towards the offering of complex service agreement, Service upgrades and spare parts.
**About Your Responsibilities**
- Achieve the aftermarket sales targets together with the team.
- Work with the commercial team to generate sales plans for key accounts and key opportunities.
- Be responsible for all types of commercial conversations with customers, lead technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Understand the internal products/technology and demonstrate the advantages ahead of the competition to deliver results specifically on the life cycle model.
- Maintain an existing and in-depth knowledge about our products/services which relates to our customers’ requirements, as well as market updates and competitor advancements.
- Successfully collaborate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and notably proposal function, execution function, product service management and other as needed.
- Drive and assure adherence to internal compliance processes.
- Regional travel to attend customer meetings is expected (Europe).
**What Do You Need**
- Bachelor’s degree (Dairy/Mechanical Engineering would be a plus).
- Extensive experience in a sales role in an engineering/manufacturing company.
- Team management experience.
- Aftermarket experience.
- Proven ability to handle sales volume of 100+M $.
- Commercial confidence with good technical understanding.
- CRM system knowledge (C4C preferred).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing (knowledge of a Nordic language and/or German language and/or French language would be a plus).
**Nice to Have**
- Nutrition and Health industry experience.
