Sales Strategy and Market Development:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement the go-to-market approach, including distributor strategies, in alignment with Hyva's Regional and Global Strategy.
- Country-Specific Strategy: Develop and implement long-term strategies tailored to each country, leveraging additional growth opportunities.
- Market Expansion and Partnerships: Establish partnerships with customers and stakeholders within the sub-region and monitor regional market trends.
- Customer Management: Manage and develop relationships with key customers to strengthen market position and meet customer needs.
Distributor and Channel Management:
- Distributor Network Optimization: Rationalize the existing distributor network while ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
- Distributor Performance: Oversee distributor performance, implementing solid governance, standard processes, and common KPIs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Unified Customer Approach: Collaborate with respective Business Unit stakeholders to maintain consistent pricing, terms, service levels, and warranty standards.
Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Sales and Aftermarket Growth: Drive equipment sales, aftermarket revenue, and overall profitability within the designated sub-region.
- Sales and Service Oversight: Manage frontline sales and service activities in cooperation with designated Country Managing Directors.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential acquisition targets.
Financial Performance and Cost Management:
- P&L Responsibility: Manage the full P&L for BU Recycling Europe (several sub-regions).
- Financial Oversight: Review financial statements, sales reports, and activity reports to monitor and achieve financial objectives, identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Debtor and Stock Control: Maintain control over debtors and stock levels in line with budget requirements, sales targets, and market demands.
Operational Efficiency and Compliance:
- Standardization and Governance: Implement standard operating procedures and ensure governance aligns with Hyva's corporate standards and rules.
- Quality and Performance Monitoring: Ensure the company delivers high-quality products and services by regularly assessing business performance against quality benchmarks.
