Responsibilities of the Apprentice
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Organise and schedule appointments
3. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
4. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
5. Provide general support to visitors
6. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
7. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the senior manager
8. Data input
9. Filing
10. Scanning
11. Record keeping
12. General office assistance
