We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice incorporating Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standards in the Renal Outpatients Department at Sheffield Teaching Foundation Trusts.

We are looking for an engaging and personable individual to work within the team providing a variety of administration and clerical support.

This is a fixed term role for the duration of the apprenticeship and the assessment period. You will receive full training via the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship and must be committed to the training and willing to learn new skills. There is an expectation that Apprentices will work across the wider Admin team to ensure you are able to attain the required level of units to achieve the intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 2).

**Please note**: Apprentices must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the past three years to undertake an apprenticeship training
programme.

Demonstrate the Trust’s agreed behaviors and values within the team.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and other departments.

Provide general clerical and administrative support across a range of duties.

Safe use of office equipment e.g. photocopier, scanner, fax machine.

Resolve routine queries and enquiries from employees and managers.

Undertake data input on a range of IT systems.

Electronic diary management and arranging venues.

Assist colleagues in preparations for meetings and training.

Answer telephone enquiries, recording accurate messages accordingly.

Help maintain effective and efficient office systems.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.

To provide appropriate reception duties for the department.

Throughout the training period the post holder will be expected to complete all educational and training as required.

Administration support, including a full range of reception duties.

Data inputting

Updating MS Office software e.g. Excel spreadsheets

Business administration support e.g. filing, document control, documents scanning/copying, post opening etc.

Undertake any other reasonable general/clerical duties commensurate with this role.
