The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5pm, Friday 8:45 - 3.45pm, with an hour break for lunch.

The job role will include:

- Entering payroll information supplied by each client into the payroll system.
- Processing new employees and terminations.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Preparing payroll reports, payslips etc to send to clients.
- Assisting with pension auto-enrolment and declarations to the pension regulator.
- Answering the office phone
- Raising sales invoices
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Aspects of practice compliance
- Have an active involvement in credit control
- Any other duties that are required.
- Be confident and welcoming on the telephone and dealing with clients in general
- Be very organised
- Be enthusiastic to help as part of a team
- Be efficient in their work
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have good social skills

There is no set start date, but we would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible.
