**Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Clerk**

**Full Job Spec**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time role in our Transport/ Haulage Distribution firm that has continually grown since we started in 2019. We are a family run Business that has passion and drive to succeed. We are now 3 companies, including Hall Brothers Transport Ltd, Hall Brothers Distribution Ltd and R&O transport Ltd, and you will be a key member of our fantastic team where you will have the chance to bring your organised, adaptable and hard working skills on board. You will be required to work 2 days a week to start with and then this will increase to 3 days a week depending on work load. Days needed to start are every Wednesday and Thursday but can be flexible. You will be based at our Swansea Depot
**Our Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Clerk will**:
- Accurately process a high volume of purchase invoices
- Pro-actively resolve invoice and payment queries
- Reconcile account balances
- Manage a variety of payment requests and queries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process company expenses and credit cards
- Support with month and year end procedures
- Process sales invoices
- Match pods to sales invoicing
- Assist with payroll
- and any queries
- Assist team with answering phone calls and dealing with queries
- Issue PO numbers to suppliers
- Match Invoices to PO numbers once received
**You bring**:
- A minimum of 1 years purchase ledger experience
- Payroll experience
- Admin/ accounts experience
- Excellent organisation and numeracy skills
- A professional, positive, enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work on own and as a team
- AAT qualified is desirable
