Countrywide Hearing Ltd is an award winning, independent specialist company dealing with insurance claims for hearing aids. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our exclusive friendly team based in the heart of Mumbles Swansea on a full-time basis.

**Administration & Data entry, responsibilities would include the following**:

- Purchase Ledger - Invoice processing, Payment processing, Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Sales Ledger - Assist with invoice processing, remittance processing and Customer statement reconciliation.
- Undertaking accurate data entry onto Xero Accounts
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Managing petty cash
- Assisting Accounts Manager with finance tasks and providing cover for the Finance team.
- Accurate referencing and file management

**Salary**: up to £23,000.00 per year

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £18,252.86-£25,697.15 per year
