Join our Community Connecting team and become an integral part of enriching the lives of young people aged between 16 - 18 not in education, employment or training.

As a Community Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in promoting a sense of belonging within the community and supporting this cohort of young people to become more employable under the Starting Out delivery theme. This aims to help younger adults to make a good start to working life in early adulthood in order to achieve outcomes of longer-term healthy living and general well-being, and increase chances of a sustained working career, resilience against unemployment and economic downturn, and increase individuals’ ability to earn sufficient income to progress in personal and family life and contributing to communities.

You’re aim will be to support our customers to develop life skills, build resilience, support identity, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem and inclusion. This support would be provided in the person’s own home, working towards accessing the community, travel, further education, volunteering and community inclusion
