**Description**

**Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Theale**
- Delivering an accurate monthly payroll of circa 400 employees - across five separate payrolls
- Inputting monthly payroll changes and data
- Support with Financial Reporting
- Assist with Year End reporting
- Responding to employee salary related queries
- Provide support with annual benefit renewal process
- Administer the pension auto enrolment process
- Support wider HR - annual salary review/bonus review/ad hoc reporting

**Profile**

**Payroll and Benefits Specialist**
- Carry strong UK Payroll Knowledge - start to finish is required
- Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Have extensive experience with processing payroll and a great understanding of employee benefits

**Job Offer**

- 12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover, Full time (potentially could go permanent)
- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 10% annual bonus
- 27 days holiday + Bank Holidays
