The company
Great business with a really lovely culture looking for someone with payroll background (and ideally some HR experience, or someone looking to get some HR experience) to join them on a permanent basis.
The role
Working and support the payroll and HR team this role will include:
Supporting colleagues across EMEA with payroll queries
Uploading payroll reports
Checking and making sure information is accurate
Dealing with on boarding
Dealing with management of sickness
New starter paperwork and employment contracts - generating and filing them
Uploading any documents on right to work
Ensuring that any change to pay / benefits for employees are updated
Get involved in any special projects that may come up.
What you will need to be successful
You will need to have experience in working in Payroll and be up to date with statutory legislation and calculations in payroll.
You perhaps are working in payroll and already dealing with some of the Hr administration duties or you are working in payroll and would like to be more involved in HR, either would be considered.
Good communication skills, flexibility, good IT skills are all required as is a good level of customer service.
