**We are looking for a Postgraduate Research Administrative Assistant to provide support to the School PhD and MSc by Research programmes.

**The Opportunity**:
This role plays a key part in supporting the lifecycle of the Business School Postgraduate Research (PGR) applicants and students. The post holder will work closely with the PGR Support Officer and PGR Support and Development Manager to provide excellent administrative support to PGR applicants, students, professional service colleagues and academic colleagues.

As part of a 4 person team, this role will support the admissions to our PGR programmes, provide support for PGR programme assessments, and assist with updating and maintaining student records.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- A friendly and helpful manner with an understanding and care for good customer service.
- Experience of managing own workload within a busy environment and able to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
