The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, Postgraduate Research Student Office are looking to recruit a Scholarships and Funding Administrator to help support all aspects of PGR Scholarship work within the College. As an experienced and well-organised team player, the post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of scholarship administration and administrative support. The post holder will contribute to enhancing the student experience as a highly organised and customer focused member of the team.
This is fixed term post
**Your skills and attributes for success**:
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience of delivering a professional, high quality, customer focused service
- The ability to organise time effectively to manage your own workload and priorities to achieve deadlines
- Have a flexible approach to workload and be approachable and helpful.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with experience of handling confidential information
- Competent oral and written communication skills (to produce reports, correspondence, minutes, agendas, documentation) with experience in the use of IT software e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
