We are currently seeking a Co ordinator to join us on a permanent, full-time (term time, 39 weeks) basis here at TIAA Ltd. Whilst we are flexible regarding working from home, this is a hybrid role as it is important that you regularly work closely and collaborate with all of the teams based at our Head Office in Fareham.

**The role**:
Our Bids team, which you will be part of, is a vital part of our business. As a Co ordinator your duties will include:

- Assisting in the preparation of all pre-tender related documents to a high standard, including collating information for tender responses, Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) preparation, CV collation, proofreading, formatting of bid and quotation documents, monitoring of inboxes, printing, collating and binding documents
- Occasionally assisting the Directors in creating presentations for them to use during the next stage of the tender process, utilising the master slide deck
- Liaising with Directors and other staff as required to facilitate the preparation of tenders
- Organising the distribution of tender related documents to deadlines
- Maintaining an up-to-date electronic document library for tender responses
- Responding in a timely and appropriate manner to queries received both internally and externally appertaining to bids
- General administrative duties for the Bids team
- Monitoring the Marketing inbox to cover absence as required

**The requirements**:
As a member of the Bids team, you will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines. Other requirements include:

- Demonstrable minimum of 3 years experience in working to strict timescales and working on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong previous experience in an administration role
- Strong command in written English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- An organised approach to the work environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn
- Team player
