As a Customer Account & Change Co-ordinator working for our client based in Fareham, you will develop close and confident relationships with customer to satisfy their needs. You will manage a proactive communication and relation with the customer. You willco-ordinate and implement successful change into our live production environment. You will manage customer expectations and the technicalities & capabilities when it comes to change and company services.
You will also ensure Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment & follow-up from a customer point of view.
A week in the life of a Customer Service Representative:
- You will take total ownership of Customers’ Accounts, from order entry to invoicing and upselling services.
- A key part of this role will be the implementation of change within the live production environment and planning with the relevant support teams to ensure it’s successful.
- Liaising with Production & the New Product Implementation team to ensure customers are clear on the capabilities of our products & services.
- Be clear on the technical impacts within the change scope.
- Working with peers within the Customer Support roles to ensure they are past the latest information in manufacturing/Production techniques.
- You will be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests/claims
- You will undertake effective root cause analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes.
- You will attend Customer meetings and assist customers when reviewing the service provided by the company.
- You will be responsible for record management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- To do this job, you must be proficient ERP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Change Management have basic knowledge in contract management, export, sales knowledge and logistics
- We would appreciate if you had CRM experience, ERP knowledge, knowledge of smartcards
- You need to be fluent in English.
- We would like someone to join our team who is customer-oriented, organized, autonomous, team player, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, works well under pressure
- We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role
