Helpdesk / Service Administrator

Cleartone Telecoms is a long established company based in New Inn. We are looking for a confident individual to run the service / helpdesk function within the administration office.
Good telephone manner, able to work to deadlines and produce accurate reports where required. Confident in all microsoft packages.
Duties will include (but not limited to)
Logging heldesk calls
Issuing returns numbers for faulty equipment
Issuing repairs authorizations and raising job sheets
Typing quotations
Responding the general product information requests
Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5pm
Friday 8.30 - 1pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
