Cleartone Telecoms design and manufacture specialist communication systems for use by the Police and other Agencies.

We are looking for a administrator to cover the following activities;
- Receiving telephone calls and logging service calls onto the helpdesk
- Logging incoming repairs onto the database
- Sending, receiving and controlling repair authorisations from the customer
- Controlling and monitoring the completion of repairs
- Liaising with customers throughout the process

Other activities will include general office admin duties.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Access and be customer focused

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
