JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work directly with clients to elicit, define and document their functional requirements
- Analyse existing business processes and systems and identify areas of improvement
- Create functional specifications, including business and decision flowcharts and user interface prototypes
- Contribute to project plans, including resource requirements, deliverables and timelines
- Plan and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met by self and team while reinforcing achievement of quality standards
- Provide input for quality assurance test cases and support client testing activity where required
- Liaise with internal and external resources to assist them in delivery of the solution
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal and external resources
- Oversee / contribute to solution configuration as per the specifications
- Seek ways to execute more effectively, streamline processes, reduce costs and work smarter
- Understand, translate, and communicate business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view, internal development view, and operational and support view
- Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
- Work concurrently on a range ofprojects, assignments and issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience as a business analyst professional
- Financial services industry experience and/or collection recovery system industry
- Skills in business process management (BPM)
- Experience working on full project life cycles and familiarity with different delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
- AWS and other Cloud vendor certifications a plus
- Ideally fluent in a second language (e.g. French, German, Spanish or Italian)
- A valid passport is required as the role may require you to spend up to 20% of your time travelling on a periodic basis as Client and implementation cycles require.

- Ability to anticipate problems and keep schedules on track
- Good communicator able to handle complex discussions confidently and engage with a range of audiences
- High level of initiative with ability to work independently from management
- Creativity and passion to analyse and solve complex problems
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Curiosity and ability to question to elicit information
