Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our UK-based Housing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing NEC Housing systems, providing expert guidance to customers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • System Implementation: Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing systems, with a focus on how the system is configured and built.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent advice to current customers using NEC Housing, ensuring they are satisfied with our product and promptly communicate any issues to our internal teams.
  • Training and Development: Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills to get the most out of our solutions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest developments in all aspects of Social Housing Management, ensuring our solutions remain relevant and effective.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Be flexible and available for travel throughout the UK to visit both customer and company sites when required, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in NEC Housing: In-depth expertise in using NEC Housing - ideally candidates with experience in Allocations, Rents or Service Charge Modules within NEC Housing.
  • System Configuration and Build: Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing systems, with a strong focus on system configuration and build.
  • Consultancy and Training: Proven track record of providing high-quality consultancy services to customers (including Local Authority Housing, ALMOs or Housing Associations), consistently achieving positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services.
  • Training Materials: Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals for customers.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in handling multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Desirable Skills

  • NEC Housing Module Configuration: Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing NEC Housing system modules.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Unix and/or SQL.
