Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete project and program management for implementations
  • Facilitate requirement definition workshops
  • Conduct detailed process mapping and solution design
  • Outline integration workflows and provide guidance on data migration
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies to establish uniform working practices
  • Develop and present presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with best practices regarding agreed processes, systems, and technologies to enhance service delivery for all clients
  • Adapt project timelines to accommodate changes and propose alternative methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Meet project timelines and budgetary constraints

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, adept at navigating an environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, particularly in communicating and negotiating with various levels within the client's organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous skill development and the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical implementation experience with a SaaS solution (typically 2-5 years)
  • Familiarity with the mar-tech industry or a strong desire to learn
  • Experience in systems configuration and implementation
