Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete project and program management for implementations
- Facilitate requirement definition workshops
- Conduct detailed process mapping and solution design

- Develop and present presentations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with best practices regarding agreed processes, systems, and technologies to enhance service delivery for all clients

- Meet project timelines and budgetary constraints
Essential Requirements:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, adept at navigating an environment with shifting priorities

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
