**As a Complaints Administrator your duties will include**:
- Resolve all escalated queries and complaints
- Update all customers on any progress on outstanding enquiries
- Accurately update the relevant system with appropriate details
- Perform root cause analysis once a complaint has been resolved
- Ensure all processes are operated in a timely manner
**As a Complaints Administrator you will have the following skills and experience**:
- Previous experience working in Complaints would be an advantage
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
