**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a Transport and Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Transport and Sales

Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of transport, sales activities and dealing with relevant queries from drivers, suppliers, and customers alike. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales orders, coordinating deliveries for the customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information, and product details.
Working closely with our transport manager to arrange vehicles
Keeping track of deliveries out on the road
Pre plan deliveries for future dates
Keeping track of ETA on both collection and delivery
Communicating with drivers
Data entry and maintaining company databases

Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order status updates, resolve inquiries, and address any issues or concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.

Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
Providing customers with quotations
Gathering market and customer information
Checking quantities of goods in stock
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
Any other duties as directed by the head of department or senior management.

**Educational qualifications**

Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Work Experience**

Previous experience on courier exchange is preferred but not a requirement.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
