Offering clients total supply chain solutions by providing an excellent platform for world class clients providing day one for day one picking capability and complete coverage of the UK and Ireland via eight strategically located warehouses, providing over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.

Our Market Drayton site are now recruiting for a Client Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**: £24,120 per annum

Working hours: Days - 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a** **Client Support Administrator is to support the day to day administration of Client Support, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.

Key Duties of a Client Support Administrator
- Sales Administration
- Inventory management and quality control
- Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner
- Processing customer orders
- Meeting customer and client expectations
- Resolving customer and client queries
- Inventory management and quality control
- Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Ability to work using own initiative.
- Computer literate particularly with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (ideally within a major distribution operation).
