**Shift Pattern/ Working Hours**:Any 5 days out of 7, rotating shift pattern 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

**The Role**:
Report to the Site Management Team and liaising regularly with the Head Office Finance Team you will be responsible for provision of administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead on all new client on boarding and admin set up, to include any reports and stock data information
- Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the picking packing duties, functions and requirements. Which include, but are not limited to, box assembly, helping to build various packaging products, tape guns, stacking onto pallets, Pallet wrap machine operation and the use of manual pallet trucks
- Responsible for creating loads in a timely manner to assist in shift efficiency whilst using correct operational processes and procedures.
- Support other areas of the office as and when necessary
- Working closely with offsite transport team ensuring all loads are planned and booked.
- Collections
- Establish load and order volumes, report quantities to the shift supervisor in order for the warehouse to be prepared accordingly.
- Run load/ orders to release work for picking to available Marshalls Lanes, working closely with the warehouse operations controllers.
- Liaise with shift supervisor to ensure load requirements and customer specific details are completed e.g. Customer specific spreadsheet has been completed, pallets labelled, stacking requirements met.
- Produce load detail notes for collections, thus giving the warehouse operative the load number/ customer to ensure loaded correctly for delivery times.
- Complete daily reports from an Excel Template
- Produce labels for inbound deliveries, accurately label inbound pallets.
- Report delivery mismatches to the ops controller
- Report issues with dispatch orders to IT ensuring all are resolved on time.
- Liaising with staff at other depots and external contacts
- Photocopying, printing, organising, and storing documents and computer-based information
- Help train out WMS systems to necessary staff members

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:
**Essential experience, skills & behaviours**
- experience in an administrative role within a warehousing background
- Previous experience of using WMS systems
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a key focus on intermediate skillset for Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and written all levels within the business
- Be able to communicate well at all levels with clients and colleagues
- Excellent accuracy when recording data
- Understanding of BRC requirements
- Team player who is capable of working on their own initiative

**Desirable experience, skills & behaviours**
- Knowledge of transportation and planning would be advantageous
