Warehouse Administration Clerk

**Position**:
Your rolle will insist of the receipt and processing of all customers orders updating stock inventory within the warehouse management system and providing the initial point of contact for customer enquiries.

- Processing of customers’ Warehouse and movement Orders in accordance with established procedures and agreements.
- Update and maintain the accuracy of the Company’s Warehouse Management System.
- Book in the receipt and discharge of all inbound freight, manually and via EDI.
- Process stock enquires and resolve stock queries
- Photograph new stock and send to customers
- Obtain and send customers’ delivery ETAs
- Book in Warehouse receipts (containers and trailers)
- Arrange transport (Simarco and 3rds party couriers)
- Obtain PODS for customers.
- Filing and general administration duties.
**Hours of Work**
Monday - Friday
20:00 - 04:00 or 22:00 - 06:00
1 hour unpaid lunch
**Requirements**:
- Team player
- Ability to work within a small team and to use own initiative
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Punctual
- Flexible to hours of work
- Flexible and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English
- Prior experience working within an administration or customer service role.
- Previous office experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Background dealing with in coming deliveries, drivers and customers. Personal Qualities

- Ability to function well as part of a team
