**Hays are working in conjunction with a growing business in Telford who are looking to appoint an Office/Sales Manager who would be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships whilst developing new business within the specific sector.
**Your new role
**As Office Manager your duties will involve:
- Overall control of the sales and marketing activities within the business.
- Develop customer markets against company objectives.
- Develop and maintain a customer care plan against existing customers based on yearly performance.
- Control and monitor product lines profitability and pricing strategies.
- Providing early warning to directors of any issues or concerns within the business customer base.
- Managing product R&D requirements for the division and monitoring progress through production.
- Identification and focus on key target customers for division.
- Managing all of the quotation process for small cords.
- Complete management reports and paperwork against the above.
**What you'll need to succeed
**In order to be considered for this role you will need previous experience within a Office Management role, you will need to have looked after either or a Customer Services or Sales based team before.
