**Administrator (Projects/Contracts)**

**Role**:
The role will involve but not be limited to the following:
**Role**:

- Logging of daily concrete testing results and issuing to our clients.
- Managing and co-ordinating our end of job snag lists, analysing these, follow up with

site teams and external repairs teams to bring these to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Managing and co-ordinating received Collateral Warranties, liaising between our

insurers and client to get agreement and sign off on these.
- Data entry and administration role across this department.

**Key skills and attributes**:

- Logical and well organised with ability to prioritise
- Efficient in the use of Excel, Word
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to take ownership of their duties and work as an individual or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
