We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Social Media / Admin Assistant at our busy Home and Gift store in Armagh. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build and showcase your social media skills while supporting our administrative tasks.

Contract Details:

- Position: Social Media / Admin Assistant
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Weekly Hours: 23 hours per week
- Hours: Include Monday - Friday (not suitable for a student)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the day-to-day running of our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engaging with our online community.
- Create promotional graphics in line with brand guidelines on Canva
- Ensure our social media presence aligns with our brand identity and promotes our products effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in various store operations, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with office administration tasks and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
