**Job Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the companies products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
