SF Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Central Derby, DE21. This is a full time, office based temp to perm opportunity. This is a vital role where you will interact directly with suppliers, customers, site administration, and our weighbridge operations. Key Responsibilities:Administer and process orders and related information across multiple UK sites. Handle day-to-day administration and support activities to ensure accurate processing and communication of orders. Maintain and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to the highest standards. Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Scheduling, and Internal Sales teams, with a strong focus on export goods and documentation. Manage documentation for both UK and European orders. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Build proactive relationships and maintain effective communication with customers. Resolve customer service queries efficiently, escalating when necessary. What We're Looking For:A personable and confident individual with a strong customer focus. IT literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in organisation, time management, and customer service. A great team player with a proactive attitude, eager to support others. Knowledge of weighbridge loading systems and road haulage information is preferred, but full training will be provided. Previous experience in preparing and booking export documentation.
