The Role: Customer Service Advisor
**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000
Type: Full-time, permanent
2fawcett are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Derby on a full-time, permanent basis.
**The role & responsibilities**:
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
Researching for new leads
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Upselling products and services
Providing additional administration support to the Sales Team/Director: processing orders, creating jobs and dealing with sub-contractors during busy periods and absences
**The requirements**:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
