Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a new
** Executive Administrator** to join our growing team in London. Our new Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive office colleagues, day to day office management, meeting coordination and record keeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage minor procurement tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices, chasing payments
- Ensure the office is organised, tidy, and well-stocked including weekly food order, stationery order and meeting lunch orders
- Oversee post distribution, courier management and accepting deliveries for the office
- Expenses and credit card statement management for executive team
- Welcome and assist visitors and new colleagues
- Coordinate onboarding of new colleagues, including organising IT equipment and access
- Organise meetings, handling scheduling, reminders, and agenda preparation
- Represent Element in a professional manner during interactions
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data records
- Manage team calendars, send invites, and organise room bookings
- Assist in the organisation of company events

Skills / Qualifications:

- Experience as an Executive Administrator / Team Assistant in a fast-paced environment, or within a digital business
- Sound judgment, able to prioritise and make decisions in conflicting situations
- Resourceful, maintaining a can-do, positive attitude with a solutions-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed orientated
- Strong time-management abilities to meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable interacting with diverse profiles across the business
- Team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
- Mature demeanour in handling responsibilities
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
