Are you a skilled professional with a background in the hospitality industry and strong administrative capabilities? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Administrative Executive in London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised and professional hospitality services to our boss, ensuring their needs are met in areas such as food, beverage, and housekeeping.
- Assist with daily procurement activities, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing of required items.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, conducting inventory checks and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events, demonstrating your excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential, with a strong understanding of serving food and beverage, and housekeeping practices.
- Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in handling office tasks, scheduling, and managing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the local London lifestyle, with 2-3 years of experience living in London and familiarity with various online and offline purchases.
- Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
- Minimum high school education or above.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
